As Director, Product Marketing – Visa Pay and Visa Accept, you will be responsible for developing the marketing vision and positioning, guiding go-to-market strategies, and creating sales tools for a high-profile innovation area at the organization. The role involves contributing to executive decision-making, managing budgets, and overseeing cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. This senior position requires strategic marketing experience in Fintech payments and the ability to communicate complex concepts effectively to a variety of audiences.
You will be part of the Global Product Marketing team for Consumer Products, a group focused on bringing Visa’s most innovative solutions to market. The team leads the renovation of core offerings in Credit, Debit, and scales pilot offerings across Digital Payments. As a senior member of this team, you will develop strategies that launch these innovations in differentiated and impactful ways, ensuring strong market adoption and client engagement.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
Basic Qualifications
10 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 8 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters/ MBA/JD/MD) or at least 3 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications
12 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 8-10 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 6+ years of work experience with a PhD

Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
