Senior Software Engineer (Remmote - Us)

Accountabilities

• Design, implement, and maintain backend solutions using Python and Django REST Framework.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs for seamless system integration.
• Ensure database performance, scalability, and data integrity with MySQL or PostgreSQL.
• Collaborate with DevOps to maintain deployment pipelines and backend services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure system stability and reliability.
• Participate in code reviews, mentoring, and promoting best practices across the engineering team.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, integrating improvements into development processes.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven Python backend development experience.
• Strong experience with database design, optimization, and relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL).
• Proficiency in Django or similar Python frameworks.
• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Experience with content management systems, frontend technologies (JavaScript, TypeScript, React), or containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) is a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Jira is advantageous.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote or hybrid environment.
