In this role, you will play a key part in shaping the next generation of AI and search technologies powering advanced data intelligence solutions. You’ll join a forward-thinking engineering team focused on building scalable AI systems and cloud-based services that deliver real business impact. Working in an innovative, fast-paced environment, you will architect and deploy solutions that handle massive datasets and complex search operations. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to large-scale AI infrastructure while collaborating with top-tier engineers to push the limits of what’s possible in applied AI.

Accountabilities:

• Architect, design, and implement highly scalable services for AI and search products.
• Improve system performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency across multi-cloud environments.
• Deploy AI and search services in SaaS and single-tenant infrastructures.
• Translate complex product requirements into robust software architectures in partnership with Product teams.
• Tackle large language model challenges such as latency and performance variability with a defensive engineering mindset.
• Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and mentorship to drive software development excellence.

• Proven experience in backend engineering for complex, data-intensive systems.
• Strong programming expertise and hands-on work with frameworks such as FastAPI, Django, or Sanic.
• Background in designing large-scale software systems with robust error handling, asynchronous operations, and performance optimization.
• Solid understanding of cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, or Azure), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience deploying AI or search services (e.g., vector search) in production environments.
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in agile, cross-functional teams.
• Experience leading technical projects or small teams is a strong plus.

• Competitive base salary range of $178,000 – $267,000 USD, based on experience and location.
