About the Team:
The Mobile Study team at Quizlet is based in San Francisco and is focused on creating the best possible studying experience for millions of learners around the world. Our team builds and refines the core mobile features that make Quizlet a trusted learning companion—everything from flashcards and practice modes to AI-powered study experiences. We collaborate closely with the broader mobile organization, backend services, design, and product teams to deliver seamless, high-quality learning experiences on iOS and Android.
About the Role:
We’re looking for a Sr. Software Engineer to join our Mobile Study team at Quizlet. You’ll work on our iOS and Android apps, building and improving the study features that power how millions of students learn with Quizlet. You’ll help shape the core functionality that keeps learners engaged and successful.
In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with engineers, designers, and product managers to deliver high-quality mobile experiences. You’ll have the opportunity to influence technical direction, contribute to architecture decisions, and mentor other engineers while driving projects from ideation through release. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about creating intuitive, performant, and reliable mobile experiences that have a real impact on learners worldwide.
We’re happy to share that this is an onsite position in our San Francisco office. To help foster team collaboration, we require that employees be in the office a minimum of three days per week: Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday and as needed by your manager or the company.
