This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Strategic Account Manager - REMOTE. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in building and maintaining relationships with our client's largest accounts. Your efforts will drive not only growth and revenue but also satisfaction and long-term success. By understanding client needs and providing strategic solutions, you will ensure the delivery of our products and services while advocating for clients within the organization. This position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on client success and retention in a dynamic environment.


Accountabilities
  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with key clients to understand their objectives, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Act as the primary liaison between the partner and clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and effectively.
  • Develop a deep understanding of client industries, trends, and market dynamics to anticipate needs and provide proactive solutions.
  • Protect and maintain existing MRR.
  • Identify opportunities for account expansion and revenue growth within existing client portfolios.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions, proposals, and presentations that align with client objectives.
  • Drive upselling and cross-selling initiatives to address client needs.


Requirements
  • Proven experience (12+ years) in client-facing roles, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Strong account planning skills.
  • Strong understanding of client relationship management, account growth, and solution selling.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple client relationships.
  • Display sales excellence and mastery of KPIs with the ability to forecast business trends.
  • Demonstrate strong business acumen.
  • Strategic thinking with a results-driven approach to problem-solving.
