Customer Success Manager

Federato is an AI-native insurance platform that helps insurers make better underwriting and portfolio decisions using deep reinforcement learning and real-time insights. We're looking for a seasoned Customer Success Manager with P&C or specialty insurance experience who can own the post-sales lifecycle, act as a trusted advisor to clients, and drive adoption, retention, and expansion of our RiskOps platform.

Skills

  • Deep knowledge of P&C or specialty insurance underwriting, operations, or systems
  • Proven customer-facing relationship management and consultative selling skills
  • Strong project management and organizational ability
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using product usage and business metrics to inform actions
  • Executive presence and business acumen to engage senior stakeholders
  • Technology fluency with SaaS platforms and ability to learn AI-driven product workflows quickly
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution

Responsibilities

  • Own the full post-sales experience: onboarding, implementation, renewals, upsells, and long-term account strategy
  • Listen to users, surface people problems, and translate feedback into actionable product and process improvements
  • Act as a trusted advisor and advocate for clients across cross-functional teams
  • Serve as product and industry expert, communicating value to technical and executive stakeholders
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and influencers at client organizations
  • Use customer data and product usage metrics to generate insights, drive adoption, and identify expansion opportunities
  • Identify, position, and close opportunities for revenue growth and account expansion

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (business, risk management, communications, marketing or related)
  • Relevant industry certifications or insurance licensing a plus
