Product Owner - Clinical AI

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Product Owner to guide the development and delivery of advanced clinical AI and analytics solutions. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, UX, and content experts, to translate business needs into actionable features. You will manage the product backlog, define epics and user stories, and ensure alignment with business objectives and user requirements. This role provides the opportunity to drive innovation in healthcare technology, improve clinical workflows, and enhance the overall user experience. You will be central in delivering impactful solutions that combine cutting-edge AI capabilities with practical healthcare applications.

Accountabilities:

• Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring features align with product strategy and roadmap.
• Translate business requirements into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria for development teams.
• Prioritize features and functionality based on business value, user needs, and technical feasibility.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver new features, resolve defects, and ensure high-quality releases.
• Work with UX teams to integrate usability testing and maintain customer-centric design principles.
• Support internal teams and end users through training, product updates, and technical guidance.
• Stay informed on healthcare, AI, and clinical technology trends to inform product decisions.

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Biomedical Engineering, Informatics, Computer Science, MIS, or related healthcare field.
• Proven experience as a Product Owner with SaaS solutions; experience with healthcare AI, NLP, or LLM technologies preferred.
• Strong ability to drive product development, manage cross-functional teams, and deliver roadmap objectives.
• Familiarity with healthcare data, clinical code sets, and industry workflows preferred.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Technical proficiency to translate complex requirements into actionable tasks for development teams.
• Passion for healthcare innovation and driving practical AI solutions in clinical settings.

• Competitive base salary: $80,000 – $130,000 USD, depending on experience, skills, and location.
