Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end research, development, rollout, and optimization of products within an assigned domain.
- Define and own product strategy, roadmaps, and feature backlogs aligned with customer needs and company goals.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, data science, clinical teams, customer success, and sales to deliver solutions.
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative data analysis to identify opportunities and inform product decisions.
- Manage product launches and post-launch optimization including adoption and market education efforts.
- Balance new innovation with scaling and improving existing product lines.
- Communicate product priorities and roadmap to stakeholders and align teams around outcomes.
Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- Advanced degree (MS/MBA) preferred but not required
