Responsibilities
- Define product and segment strategy and lead new product discovery initiatives across credit card, lending, crypto, and investments.
- Translate customer insights and market research into clear product requirements and roadmaps.
- Partner with design, engineering, research, and analytics to deliver intuitive core app experiences.
- Run experiments across the customer lifecycle to identify drivers of adoption, engagement, and retention.
- Benchmark competitors and surface best practices to elevate product offerings.
- Analyze unit economics and business impact to prioritize work and guide strategic decisions.
- Lead rewards strategy and identify synergies across product bundles to maximize user value.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science, or related field
- Advanced degree (MBA or master's) preferred but not required
