Lead Product Manager - Business Accounts
Skills
- 7+ years product management experience, preferably in fintech or financial services
- Proven track record launching and scaling web and/or mobile products
- Strong user-centered design and UX collaboration experience
- Data-driven decision making and KPI definition experience
- Excellent stakeholder, cross-functional communication, and executive presentation skills
- Familiarity with product management tools (Jira, Confluence, or similar)
- Understanding of regulatory considerations in financial services and crypto
Responsibilities
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for business account products in collaboration with executives.
- Conduct market research and synthesize customer insights to identify needs and prioritize features.
- Partner with UX/UI designers and engineers to create intuitive and secure web and mobile experiences.
- Lead end-to-end product development from ideation through launch and continuous iteration.
- Work with compliance and legal to ensure products meet regulatory requirements for crypto and financial services.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop go-to-market plans and drive user adoption.
- Define and track KPIs to measure product success and use data to drive prioritization.
- Facilitate agile development activities including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Communicate roadmap, updates, and progress to stakeholders and the executive team.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, engineering, or related field or equivalent experience
- Demonstrable product management experience in lieu of formal degree considered
