Accountabilities:

• Lead the development and deployment of efficient, adaptive machine learning systems in production environments.
• Collaborate with strategic partners, acting as a trusted technical advisor and translating complex requirements into actionable solutions.
• Own the implementation of data products and ML systems, applying creativity and technical expertise to solve novel challenges.
• Contribute to research and product vision, providing insights that influence roadmap and strategic direction.
• Ensure alignment between technical execution and business goals, optimizing for real-world impact and efficiency.

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in machine learning, applied research, or systems-level AI engineering.
• Strong software engineering skills and proficiency with ML frameworks such as PyTorch, JAX, or TensorFlow.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to align technical solutions with business objectives.
• Ownership mindset, curiosity, and a bias toward action.
