About the Role
We are seeking a Product Manager – Digital Healthcare to own the roadmap and execution of our integrations strategy. This role focuses on connecting HealNow with pharmacy management systems, healthcare data standards (NCPDP, HL7, FHIR), third-party vendors, and digital health platforms to deliver a seamless and compliant experience for pharmacies and patients.
This person will work cross-functionally with engineering, compliance, customer success, and external partners to design, deliver, and scale interfaces that power core HealNow workflows. The ideal candidate thrives at the intersection of healthcare, technology, and payments, and is motivated to build products that make healthcare simpler for patients and more efficient for pharmacies.
Responsibilities
Own the product roadmap for healthcare integrations and interfaces, aligning with company strategy and pharmacy partner needs
Translate regulatory, technical, and business requirements into integration workflows with pharmacy systems, health IT vendors, and third-party services
Collaborate closely with engineering to scope, prioritize, and deliver APIs, data pipelines, and interface improvements
Partner with compliance to ensure integrations adhere to HIPAA, HITECH, TCPA, PCI, and other industry standards
Partner with PMS systems, switch networks, and third-party payment processors to drive forward strategic integrations and compliance.
Collaborate with engineering and design teams to define requirements, develop user stories, and deliver features that align with patient and pharmacy needs.
Guide implementation and post-launch evaluation of new payment functionality, including performance metrics and usability feedback loops.
Contribute to internal documentation, cross-functional enablement, and customer facing guides and FAQs.
Work with customer success and partner teams to understand pharmacy workflows, gather requirements, and validate solutions in market
Define success metrics for integrations and continuously improve based on feedback, usage data, and system performance
Maintain expertise in healthcare interoperability standards (NCPDP, HL7, FHIR, X12) and apply them to HealNow’s product strategy
Serve as the internal and external subject matter expert for integration capabilities and limitations
Qualifications/Skills
3+ years of product management, technical product ownership, or similar experience in healthcare, health IT, or fintech
Strong understanding of healthcare interoperability standards (NCPDP, HL7, FHIR, X12) and pharmacy system workflows
Experience managing APIs, data interfaces, or system integrations at scale
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with engineering and external partners to deliver technical solutions
Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as HIPAA, HITECH, PCI, and TCPA
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to thrive in a fast-paced, Series A startup environment
