Partner Development Manager (East)

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of Anvilogic. We are currently looking for a Partner Development Manager (East) in the United States.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and expand strategic partnerships on the East Coast within a fast-growing AI cybersecurity company. You will drive partner engagement, enablement, and growth, unlocking new revenue streams through collaboration with a dynamic reseller ecosystem. Working closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams, you will build strong relationships and create go-to-market strategies to accelerate business success. This position suits a motivated, results-oriented professional eager to make a significant impact in a high-energy, innovative environment.

Accountabilities:

  • Onboard, nurture, and expand key reseller partnerships across the Eastern U.S. to support aggressive sales targets.
  • Identify and develop net-new revenue opportunities through channel partners, accelerating pipeline growth and deal velocity.
  • Foster strong partner engagement by enabling partners to effectively position and sell solutions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with field teams, marketing, and operations to ensure aligned strategies and execution.
  • Develop and execute joint go-to-market plans that maximize revenue potential.
  • Manage partner forecasts and consistently achieve quota objectives.
  • Travel regularly for partner meetings, enablement sessions, quarterly business reviews, and marketing events.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience, including partner sales, with a track record of driving net-new revenue growth autonomously.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines with discipline and attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, comfortable with public speaking and delivering presentations to diverse audiences.
  • Experience developing business plans, engagement models, sales targets, and conducting quarterly business reviews.
  • Ability to work remotely with regular travel commitments.
  • Must be located on the East Coast.
  • Cybersecurity and startup experience preferred.
  • Competitive salary with total On-Target Earnings (OTE) typically ranging from $200,000 to $240,000, depending on experience and location.
