Accountabilities:

  • Drive sales growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities across a defined regional territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients through networking, cold outreach, and industry event participation.
  • Develop tailored strategies for client acquisition using market data and industry trends.
  • Present compelling product demonstrations and conduct client training sessions to showcase safety solutions.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and deal closure.
  • Provide regular reporting on sales performance, business development activities, and market trends.
  • Proven track record in business development or B2B sales, ideally in the industrial or safety sector.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust quickly.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to analyze market data and define client acquisition plans.
  • Comfortable with frequent travel throughout Virginia, North Carolina, and West Virginia.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently within a remote setting.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and virtual presentation tools is a plus.
