As a key member of the scheduling team, you'll handle high call volumes and manage critical patient data with precision and care. Accountabilities:

• Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a courteous, professional manner.
• Schedule and pre-register outpatient imaging procedures with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Verify patient insurance, demographic, and clinical information in compliance with organizational policies.
• Ensure all documentation meets HIPAA, compliance, and authorization requirements.
• Communicate effectively with patients, providers, and insurance representatives.
• Navigate multiple internal systems efficiently to process and update scheduling and registration information.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a medical office or healthcare administrative role.
• Solid understanding of radiology procedures, medical terminology, and insurance processes.
• Strong customer service skills, with the ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; ability to work across various software systems.
• Previous experience working remotely and maintaining productivity in a virtual environment.

• Competitive hourly pay range of $19.27 to $22.93, based on experience.
