Enrollments Specialist (Remote - US)

Accountabilities:

• Review and process enrollment applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Assist clients with navigating the online portal, offering support for access and functionality issues.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather and distribute necessary documents.
• Make outbound welcome calls and handle inbound client inquiries via phone and email.
• Maintain accurate records of enrollment documentation and correspondence.
• Identify and resolve application issues or discrepancies swiftly and professionally.

• Minimum of 1 year of phone-based customer service experience.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage high volumes of communication.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with a friendly and empathetic approach.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email communication best practices.
• Detail-oriented with strong listening and problem-solving skills.
• A reliable team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to contribute.
• Spanish language skills are a plus, but not required.
