Manager, Field Sales - REMOTE

This role presents an exciting opportunity to lead a dedicated sales team that focuses on delivering exceptional customer service while achieving sales targets. As a pivotal member of the organization, you will guide your team's efforts in enhancing product penetration and driving revenue growth through effective coaching and strategic oversight. The position entails monitoring performance metrics, refining sales processes, and fostering relationships with retail partners to optimize operational success. Your leadership will directly impact the overall performance and culture of the sales force, promoting a high-performance environment.


Accountabilities
  • Supervise, train, and develop sales representatives and vendors to achieve sales and installation goals.
  • Serve as a business consultant to local dealers, translating strategy into operational tactics.
  • Cultivate long-term relationships with authorized retailers to maximize revenue growth.
  • Recruit, hire, and onboard new sales team members and contractors.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and performance evaluations to enhance team efficiency.
  • Maintain quality customer service, handling escalated customer concerns.
  • Conduct regular meetings and store visits to ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Track and analyze activity reports to improve productivity.
  • Design and implement sales strategies and incentives.
  • Conduct performance reviews and support career development for team members.


Requirements
  • High School Diploma/GED with at least 5 years of experience in a related field.
  • Safe drivers needed; valid driver’s license required.
  • Experience in sales management preferred.
  • Degree in a related discipline, such as Marketing or Business.
  • Knowledge of the local market and related local contacts.
  • Technical certifications in the field are desirable.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and team collaboration skills.
  • State licensing may be required to sell specific products.
