Manager, Digital Merchandising (Remote - US)

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Manager, Digital Merchandising in the United States.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the online shopping experience for a leading specialty apparel brand. You will translate business goals into compelling digital strategies that drive engagement, conversion, and revenue while enhancing the customer journey. By managing category pages, product placement, and campaign execution, you will ensure the website reflects a cohesive, brand-forward story. This position blends creativity with analytics, enabling you to make data-driven decisions that optimize performance and personalize the shopping experience. You will work cross-functionally with marketing, creative, and eCommerce teams, contributing directly to the success of key product launches and promotional campaigns. The role is hybrid, offering a balance of on-site collaboration and remote flexibility in a supportive, innovative environment.

Accountabilities:

  • Oversee product presentation and site merchandising for key categories, ensuring accuracy, alignment with brand standards, and effective product placement.
  • Curate seasonal collections, campaigns, and landing pages to support brand storytelling and inspire shoppers.
  • Analyze site performance metrics (CTR, CVR, bounce rates, sell-through) to optimize merchandising strategies and drive engagement.
  • Prepare and execute digital campaigns, coordinating with marketing, creative, and eCommerce teams to ensure timely launches.
  • Implement cross-sell, up-sell, and personalization strategies to enhance customer experience and increase basket size.
  • Collaborate with content, SEO, buying, planning, and product teams to maintain integrated and consistent strategies.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor merchandising tactics to inform strategy and continuously improve best practices.

  • 5+ years of experience in eCommerce or digital merchandising, preferably in apparel retail.
  • Buying experience (1–2 years) is a strong plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
  • Familiarity with AI-powered merchandising platforms (e.g., Bloomreach, Algolia, Fast Simon) is desirable.
  • Proficiency with eCommerce platforms (Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Magento, etc.).
  • Strong project management skills, able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Creative eye for fashion trends, product presentation, and digital storytelling.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
  • BS/BA Degree in Merchandising, Marketing, Business, or related field.
