Industrial Regional Sales Manager

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for an Industrial Regional Sales Manager in the United States.

This role offers the opportunity to drive sales and business growth across the Central US region within the industrial refrigeration sector. The Industrial Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for building strong relationships with channel partners and end customers, identifying new opportunities, and executing strategic sales plans. The position requires a mix of technical knowledge, business acumen, and relationship management skills to influence and support customer decisions. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is motivated by achieving measurable sales outcomes. You will be the key point of contact for your region, handling negotiations, forecasting, and customer support to strengthen market presence and drive revenue growth.


Accountabilities:
  • Conduct regular sales calls to assigned accounts and prospective customers to present products and services.
  • Build and maintain relationships with industrial refrigeration channel partners to expand project opportunities and meet revenue targets.
  • Manage and support contracted Industrial Manufacturers Representative groups within the region.
  • Qualify account needs, identify key decision-makers, and develop strategies to create and close sales.
  • Develop annual strategic sales plans, including forecasting revenue on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Handle price negotiations, bid preparation, and aftermarket support to strengthen customer relationships.
  • Maintain detailed records and analyze account information to inform sales strategies.
  • Stay informed on emerging trends, market demands, and competitor activities.
  • Utilize field sales support and collaborate with internal specialists to enhance customer engagement and sales effectiveness.
  • Travel regularly within the assigned region to meet with customers and partners.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of technical sales experience, with a minimum of 5+ years in sales overall.
  • Strong knowledge of industrial refrigeration equipment, including HFC and CO2 systems.
  • Familiarity with the industrial refrigeration industry, including cold storage and food processing applications.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong time management, organizational skills, and ability to multitask.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field preferred.
  • Ability and willingness to travel regularly.
  • Collaborative mindset with strong attention to detail and results-driven approach.
