This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of Polly. We are currently looking for an Implementation Consultant – API Integration Consultant in United States.

This role provides the opportunity to lead complex customer implementations while ensuring seamless API integrations for modern, cloud-based SaaS solutions. As an Implementation Consultant, you will be a trusted advisor guiding clients through platform capabilities, strategic configurations, and multi-stakeholder rollouts. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to deliver scalable, high-quality implementations. This position allows you to independently manage multiple projects, mentor junior team members, and contribute to best practices and reusable implementation assets. You will have direct impact on customer adoption and success, working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment that values innovation, problem-solving, and continuous learning.

Accountabilities:

  • Lead end-to-end customer implementations, from kickoff through go-live, across all stages of the onboarding lifecycle.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, guiding clients on platform capabilities, best practices, and strategic configurations.
  • Manage multiple high-impact projects concurrently, coordinating with stakeholders and meeting competing timelines.
  • Conduct discovery sessions, synthesize findings, and design tailored implementation plans for customer workflows.
  • Partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery.
  • Identify and resolve roadblocks, leveraging data and insights to mitigate risks and communicate trade-offs.
  • Develop and maintain scalable implementation assets such as templates, documentation, and best practice guides.
  • Mentor and support junior consultants to promote technical excellence and knowledge sharing.
  • 5+ years of experience leading software implementations and managing enterprise or high-complexity customers.
  • Expertise with project management tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Jira, Confluence).
  • Experience with mortgage software/system implementations preferred.
  • Technical proficiency with SaaS platforms and API integrations (Postman, Swagger) for testing, debugging, and validating requests/responses.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of influencing and guiding stakeholders through change.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for customer success, proactive problem-solving, and risk mitigation.
  • Experience collaborating with customer development teams to troubleshoot integrations.
  • Preferred: documenting API workflows, understanding loan origination processes, and mentoring team members.
