GTM AI Campaign Engineer

In this role, you will lead the integration of AI technologies into go-to-market strategies, equipping sales teams with tools, workflows, and insights to maximize performance. You will collaborate across departments to design, deploy, and optimize AI-driven sales solutions, ensuring measurable impact on revenue growth. This position combines technical expertise in AI/ML with business acumen to transform GTM operations, automate workflows, and enhance decision-making. You will apply advanced AI models to real-world sales use cases, influence strategic initiatives, and promote adoption across teams. This role provides a unique opportunity to shape AI-driven sales processes while working in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.

Accountabilities:

  • Develop and execute AI-driven GTM strategies to accelerate revenue growth.
  • Lead initiatives embedding AI capabilities into sales workflows and campaigns.
  • Design, implement, and optimize AI-powered tools for messaging, research, and sales enablement.
  • Partner with leadership to align AI strategy with business objectives.
  • Analyze ROI and impact of AI solutions, continuously refining methodologies.
  • Establish best practices for AI-enhanced sales operations and drive adoption across teams.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales strategy, sales operations, or sales enablement.
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies and practical applications in business.
  • Proven track record of implementing AI solutions to drive measurable sales outcomes.
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales technology stacks (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with experience driving cross-functional initiatives.
  • Background in SaaS or cloud solutions preferred.
  • Competitive total compensation ($97,600–$225,700), including base salary, bonuses, and equity considerations.
