This role provides the opportunity to develop and deliver end-to-end software solutions in a fast-paced, agile environment. You will work across the full stack, from front-end interfaces to back-end services and databases, creating applications that are performant, scalable, and reliable. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will take projects from concept to production-ready, implementing APIs, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring seamless integration between application components. This position emphasizes hands-on coding, problem-solving, and continuous learning, with the chance to work on impactful, mission-focused technology solutions that support complex, real-world operations.

Accountabilities:

·         Develop and maintain full life-cycle web applications, covering both front-end and back-end components.

·         Design, build, and manage APIs to enable integration across systems and services.

·         Ensure software meets performance, scalability, and reliability standards.

·         Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues to maintain operational continuity.

·         Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to deliver high-quality, production-ready solutions.

·         Participate in Agile or Kanban workflows, contributing to planning, sprint execution, and iterative improvements.

·         3+ years of combined experience in full-stack development, including front-end frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.

·         Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and server-side development using Java, C#, or Python.

·         Experience with API design, database integration, and modern web architecture principles (REST, JSON, CORS, HTTP).

·         Familiarity with containerization (Kubernetes), message streaming (Kafka), version control (Git), Node.js, and SQL.

·         Experience in automated testing (unit, integration, end-to-end) and usability analysis.

·         Ability to switch between programming languages and quickly learn new technologies as required.

·         Desired: Security certifications (DoD 8570 Security+, CISSP), experience with Spring Framework, Linux scripting, visualization libraries (D3, Leaflet, AG Grid), Agile methodologies, and tools like JIRA or Confluence.
