Director of Sales (Remote - US)

This role is a senior sales leadership position responsible for driving growth, building strategic client relationships, and expanding market presence across the U.S. The Director of Sales will lead new business development, manage key accounts, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure delivery excellence. This is a high-impact position with the opportunity to shape the company’s sales strategy, influence client engagement, and contribute directly to revenue growth. The ideal candidate combines a strong track record in digital advertising sales with exceptional relationship-building, strategic thinking, and a results-oriented mindset.

Accountabilities

  • Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders.
  • Develop new business from existing clients while maintaining strong, long-term relationships.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client accounts, ensuring timely delivery of solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize revenue and profitability.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize the customer experience and support successful project execution.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the digital advertising landscape, including programmatic, social, and traditional advertising channels.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability and growth.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in developing and closing new agency and advertiser accounts within digital advertising or related media sectors.
  • Strong expertise in advertising technology, social platforms (e.g., Facebook, YouTube), and programmatic markets (DSP, DMP, CDP utilization).
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to grow business from established accounts.
  • Broad understanding of advertising and marketing communications, including brand-driven, response-driven, and promotion-driven campaigns.
  • Knowledge of the structure and business priorities of advertisers, agencies, and media planning/buying processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute a solution-oriented sales approach and manage revenue KPIs.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment.

Salary Range: $75,000–$150,000 USD
