Customer Success Key Account Manager

Accountabilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring their satisfaction and long-term retention
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client needs, inquiries, and escalations
  • Partner with clients to understand their goals, challenges, and workflows, providing actionable recommendations
  • Monitor account performance, adoption metrics, and usage data to identify growth opportunities and risk factors
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address client issues, implement solutions, and deliver a seamless experience
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to communicate progress, share insights, and align on strategic objectives
  • Contribute to process improvements and best practices to enhance client success outcomes
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in customer success, account management, or client-facing roles within a technology or SaaS environment
  • Strong relationship-building, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to analyze data and client metrics to provide actionable insights
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment while collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrated track record of driving client adoption, satisfaction, and growth
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to balance day-to-day client needs with long-term objectives
  • Preferred: Experience in value-based care, healthcare technology, or AI-powered platforms
