Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Client Account Representative to serve as a key point of contact between our clients and internal teams. This role is ideal for individuals who excel in communication, organization, and relationship management, and who are eager to contribute to a dynamic and growth-focused environment.

The Client Account Representative plays a critical role in maintaining client satisfaction, ensuring smooth account operations, and supporting long-term business success.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary liaison for assigned client accounts

  • Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients

  • Understand client needs and coordinate solutions with internal departments

  • Manage account information, documentation, and follow-ups accurately

  • Ensure timely responses to client inquiries and requests
