We're seeking passionate, innovative minds to join our journey. Be a part of our dynamic team and let's transform the industry together!
As a Customer Success Partner at CreatorIQ, you will serve as the strategic advisor to a portfolio of complex, high-value agency partners, including global and multi-brand organizations, helping them unlock business outcomes through influencer marketing. You’ll align CreatorIQ’s platform capabilities with your customers’ agency operating models, client needs, and internal stakeholder structures, driving long-term program success, executive engagement, and value realization.
You’ll lead with insight—not activity—building trust-based, multi-threaded relationships with key stakeholders and translating customer goals into actionable strategies. Your work will be measured by customer health, gross retention, depth of agency adoption across teams and clients, and program maturity, as you guide partners across a value-driven, outcomes-focused journey.
In this role, you’ll get to:
Serve as the primary strategic partner for complex agency organizations, owning value realization across multiple brands, clients, regions, or lines of business.
Advise agencies on scaling influencer programs across clients, balancing standardization with flexibility based on client needs.
Build deep, multi-threaded stakeholder relationships across strategy, activation, analytics, and executive partners, including holding company and regional partners where applicable.
Drive strategic business reviews, maturity assessments, and growth planning sessions that map CreatorIQ into agency workflows, resourcing models, and client deliverables.
Partner with Strategic Insights Managers to deliver off-platform analysis, benchmarks, and strategic recommendations that support customer evolution.
Use data to proactively identify opportunities and risks, influence adoption, and support continuous program growth.
Collaborate cross-functionally with teams including Implementation, Product Education, Support, Sales, and Insights to ensure a seamless, value-focused customer experience.
Act as a thought partner to agencies on program governance, measurement frameworks, and operational best practices in influencer marketing.
Maintain account documentation (success plans, meeting recaps, engagement history, health indicators) to support consistent, proactive account management.
Who you are and what you’ll need for this position:
Passionate and knowledgeable about influencer marketing, creator content, and the future of digital media.
3+ years in a strategic, customer-facing role (CSM, Strategy, Client Services, or Account Leadership), with experience working at or closely with marketing agencies—ideally supporting complex, multi-client or global agency environments.
Deep understanding of agency structures, incentives, and challenges, including managing multiple stakeholders, navigating ambiguity, and balancing internal priorities with end-client expectations.
Skilled at leading senior-level and executive conversations, translating business objectives into platform value for both agencies and their end clients.
Comfortable acting as a strategic extension of an agency team, influencing roadmap conversations, measurement approaches, and long-term program vision.
Highly organized, self-directed, and capable of managing a dynamic book of business with a proactive mindset.
Adept at leading structured, high-impact engagements like business reviews, level set maturity mapping, and strategic planning.
Curious, collaborative, and growth-minded—eager to evolve with a fast-paced, scaling organization.
Proficient in Salesforce, GSuite, Zoom, Slack, and tools like Notion or Jira.
Nice to Have:
Prior experience at a marketing, media, or influencer agency in a strategy, account management, client services, or consulting capacity.
Experience supporting holding companies or global agency networks.
Familiarity with agency-facing KPIs, client reporting expectations, and strategic planning cycles.
