The Business Operations Manager will play a critical role in driving growth and scaling operations across the organization. This position partners closely with leadership to lead high-impact initiatives, streamline processes, and identify opportunities for operational improvement. You will work cross-functionally, collaborating with multiple teams to solve complex, unstructured problems and implement solutions that enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Accountabilities
- Partner with leadership to define and drive strategic business initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and organizational growth.
- Lead and execute cross-functional projects to scale business functions and implement effective solutions.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and proactively address inhibitors to growth.
- Define, track, and measure key performance metrics to guide decision-making.
- Collaborate with teams across the organization to ensure alignment, accountability, and successful execution of initiatives.
- Communicate findings, progress, and recommendations to stakeholders, enabling informed decisions.
- 5–6+ years of experience in consulting, investment banking/private equity, or high-growth startup environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects in fast-paced, unstructured environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience leveraging data for decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Self-starter with a growth mindset, curiosity to learn, and the ability to operate independently.
- Experience with marketplaces, two-sided platforms, or e-commerce is a plus.
- Familiarity with SQL and dashboard tools is desirable.
- Competitive salary range of $160K – $210K, with equity opportunities.
