About the Role:
As the Activities Director, you will plan, develop, and oversee a dynamic range of programs designed to meet the social, cognitive, and physical needs of our residents. You’ll manage and lead a team of support staff, volunteers, and drivers. From arranging outings and holiday celebrations to crafting monthly newsletters and coordinating educational seminars, you will be at the heart of community life.

Qualifications
- Must possess a bachelor’s degree or combination of education /work experience.
- Must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in senior living or similar health-related field, or acceptable hospitality industry.
- Must be proficient in the Microsoft Office suite.
- Be a minimum of twenty-one (21) years of age.
- Possess the ability to seek out new methods and directives and be willing to incorporate them into existing practices.
