This is a high-impact role for a driven and bilingual sales professional passionate about automotive finance. As a Dealership Account Manager, you'll focus on growing and managing a network of dealership partners, supporting them with tailored finance solutions and strategic insights. You’ll play a crucial role in expanding market share, enhancing customer relationships, and promoting brand awareness in the region. This position offers autonomy, uncapped earnings, and the chance to join a fast-growing fintech disruptor in the auto lending space.

Accountabilities:

  • Identify and recruit new dealership partners to expand regional market presence and drive loan volume.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing dealer partners to ensure satisfaction and success.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to dealerships, addressing challenges and helping them navigate financing options.
  • Conduct detailed market research to uncover trends and adjust business strategies accordingly.
  • Promote the brand and its offerings through effective communication and outreach efforts.
  • Represent the company professionally in the assigned geographic territory, ensuring consistent client engagement.
  • 2–7 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in auto finance or dealership environments.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ tenure in your most recent position.
  • Proven track record in special finance or dealership account management.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is required.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market trends and tailor strategies accordingly.
  • CRM experience with platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Must reside in or near the assigned territory.
  • Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and full coverage insurance.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Finance preferred.
  • Competitive base salary with uncapped commission structure; guaranteed commission for the first four months.
  • Annual compensation potential ranging from $50,000 to $150,000, based on performance.
  • Monthly travel stipend and company laptop provided.
