BDR - Business Development Representative

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of FullFunnel. We are currently looking for a BDR – Business Development Representative in Massachusetts (USA).

As a Business Development Representative, you will be the driving force behind creating and nurturing high-quality sales opportunities for clients across various industries. In this role, you will research target audiences, craft and execute outreach campaigns, and engage with prospects to generate leads. You will work closely with internal teams and client stakeholders to align strategies with business goals, gaining exposure to diverse sales methodologies and marketing approaches. Accountabilities

  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to design and implement business development strategies.
  • Research and analyze target audiences to create tailored outreach approaches.
  • Deploy multi-channel prospecting campaigns via calls, emails, and social media.
  • Conduct cold calls to identify, qualify, and develop sales opportunities aligned with client KPIs.
  • Partner with Account Directors and Operations teams to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality sales services.
  • Coordinate with Sales Operations to support enablement initiatives, audience targeting, and campaign execution.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 0–2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Strong adaptability and willingness to learn new tools, strategies, and technologies.
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Intellectual curiosity and a passion for continuous learning.
  • Coachable, hardworking, and collaborative mindset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce or similar) is an advantage.
