Java Developer (Remote - US)

You will play a key role in automating business workflows by connecting various internal tools, ensuring seamless data flow and process efficiency. Accountabilities

• Develop and maintain Java-based automation solutions that integrate multiple internal systems.
• Collaborate closely with team leads to understand requirements and proactively execute tasks.
• Design, implement, and test APIs to ensure seamless data transfer between tools like intake forms and configuration systems.
• Utilize SQL Server and API testing tools such as Postman to verify and troubleshoot workflows.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills by independently overcoming technical challenges.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and progress.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the automation team to enhance process efficiency.

• Proven experience as a Java Developer or JavaScript Developer with solid backend development skills.
• Strong knowledge of SQL Server and experience writing and optimizing queries.
• Hands-on experience working with APIs and API testing tools, including Postman.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to take ownership of tasks from requirement gathering to delivery.
• Comfortable working remotely while adhering to Eastern or Central Time Zone working hours.

Experience in automation or integration projects is a plus.
