We are seeking a Senior Campaign Manager to lead integrated, creator-led campaigns in partnership with internal teams.
This is a high visibility role embedded in the Influencers/ Creators Media Team, which is responsible for driving the awareness and demand of our company by sourcing and engaging best-in-class business creators.
In this role, you’ll lead:
🧠 Strategy & Campaign Development
Translate strategic messaging briefs from internal partners into actionable creative briefs for creators, ensuring consistent brand voice and messaging alignment.
Assess campaign KPIs to determine the appropriate platforms and creators
When applicable, collaborate with partners, such as the Monetization and Paid Ads teams, to confirm cross-functional workflows and timelines
Manage the pacing and timelines of campaigns to align with the team’s bandwidth
🎥 Campaign Execution
Source and manage talent for campaign activations.
Negotiate placement rates, evaluate media opportunities, and manage creator contracts to ensure optimal ROI and partnership terms.
Provide editorial guidance and creative direction to creators throughout the content development process.
Provide guidance and regular updates to stakeholders on campaign status
Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance
Maintain a quarterly campaign calendar for media initiatives.
Exceptional communication skills and an ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally.
Deep understanding of the creator landscape, media trends, and how to execute high-impact storytelling across formats and channels.
Proven experience leading cross-functional campaigns and working with influencers to amplify brand messages.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent campaigns across teams and timelines.
Creative, curious, and collaborative—you thrive in a fast-paced, experimental environment and love testing new formats or ideas.
