Summary of Position
You will be a key contributor to transforming HR data capabilities by automating manual processes, building dashboards, and enabling data-driven decision-making across HR and other functional teams. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, takes initiative, and enjoys building scalable data solutions from the ground up.
Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reports using Workday (WD) analytics and metrics modules
Automate manual HR data processes to improve efficiency and accuracy
Collaborate with HR and cross-functional leaders to understand data needs and translate them into actionable insights
Conduct regular audits and ensure data integrity across HR systems
Partner with HR teams to identify opportunities for system enhancements and process improvements
Tell compelling stories with data to influence decision-making and support strategic initiatives
Support ad hoc data projects and initiatives under the HR umbrella
Maintain confidentiality and discretion with sensitive data and proprietary information
Actively participate in team collaboration, idea exchange, and continuous improvement efforts
Take initiative to schedule meetings with stakeholders, transition ideas into project plans, and build scalable solutions
Ensure compliance with company policies and data governance standards
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field
Experience:
Proven experience in building dashboards, automating processes, and working with HR data
Understanding of HR business processes and data structures
Technical Skills:
Experience with Workday analytics and reporting tools
Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and Excel
Familiarity with programming/scripting languages (e.g., SQL, Python)
Ability to translate data into insights and communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders
Soft Skills:
Strong relationship builder with excellent communication skills
Comfortable working independently and navigating ambiguity
Collaborative mindset with a passion for continuous learning and improvement
