Skills

Responsibilities
- Resolve technical customer issues via phone, email, and chat with technical proficiency and effective communication.
- Assist customers with setup and maintenance of virtual servers.
- Troubleshoot technical and billing concerns and educate customers about IONOS products and processes.
- Recommend and sell products and services aligned to customer needs.
- Manage workload efficiently to meet departmental goals including productivity, customer satisfaction, and sales.
Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent
