Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic territory business plans to drive product demand and patient access.
- Educate customers on approved clinical messages and facilitate clinical dialogue to influence patient care decisions.
- Act as the primary account owner for a range of customers including HCPs, IDNs, VA centers, specialty pharmacies, and reimbursement personnel.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners (medical, access, operations) to remove barriers to access and commercialization.
- Leverage market and customer insights to prioritize accounts and deploy multichannel engagement strategies.
- Demonstrate knowledge of VA processes, rules, and regulations to conduct business within the VA system.
- Conduct field visits five days a week, maintain administrative responsibilities, and travel extensively within territory.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university (required)
- Advanced degree (MS, PharmD, MBA) preferred but not required
