Qualifications: Preferred qualifications include 8-10 years of finance experience, experience in a private equity-backed SaaS company, and an MBA or CPA credential.
Location: This is a fully remote position based in the US.
Compensation: $175000 - $190000 / Annually

In this pivotal role, you’ll shape financial strategy, drive business performance, and ensure Instructure’s long-term financial health as we enter our next phase of growth under private equity sponsorship. Reporting to the Vice President of Finance, you will partner closely with the executive team and department heads, delivering data-driven insights and guidance to support critical decisions.
The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in SaaS business models and metrics, expense and cash forecasting, exceptional financial modeling skills, and a proven record of building and leading high-performing teams.

This range reflects our target hiring range, with flexibility based on experience, skills, and market factors.
