Financial Budgeting Manager (HR Focus)
Skills
- 5+ years in financial budgeting with strong HR budgeting experience
- Advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, advanced formulas, macros)
- Experience with financial reporting systems and tools
- Experience with 1C / 1C ZUP
- Ability to manage and analyze large datasets with high attention to detail
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Familiarity with HR management systems (HiBob is a plus)
Responsibilities
- Calculate and manage annual and quarterly HR budgets across 20+ departments and 20+ budget categories
- Coordinate cross-functionally to gather and validate inputs for budget planning
- Perform budget analysis and prepare materials for budget defense and stakeholder reviews
- Prepare monthly HR budget forecasts and monitor plan vs. fact
- Control budget execution through monthly variance analysis and reporting
- Develop and implement improved HR budgeting and planning methodologies
- Automate budget spreadsheets and optimize HR budgeting calculations and analytics
- Hire, manage and mentor Finance Operation Specialists handling payment processing and primary data collection
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field preferred
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA) are a plus
