About the Role
As an Associate Financial Analyst at Zekelman Industries, you will play a key role in supporting strategic decision-making by delivering high-impact financial analysis and insights. This position requires strong analytical thinking, advanced Excel and modeling skills, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset. You will contribute directly to business performance by analyzing core operating results, gross margins, and the impact of trade and tariffs.
You will collaborate with finance, operations, and project leaders to ensure financial plans are accurate, actionable, and aligned with strategic goals. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Wheatland, PA.

What You’ll Do
Provides sound financial analysis to support business decision-making.
Analyzes and reports company price performance and daily gross margin.
Supports sales analytics, including market share reporting.
Assists in preparing the monthly business performance deck.
Supports the weekly financial forecast process.
Compiles trade and tariff data for reports and filings in the U.S. and Canada.
Reviews, analyzes, and reports on the company’s core operating results and statistics.
Meets all reporting due dates with accuracy and completeness.
Supports operations with data requests and analysis.
Completes special projects as assigned.
Who You Are
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
1–2+ years of analytical experience, preferably in a corporate or manufacturing environment.
Experience working in an ERP environment; SAP experience a plus.
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Knowledge of Cognos, BI tools, or Excel add-ins is a plus.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Self-starter with initiative and drive.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Regular, full-time, predictable onsite attendance per the posted schedule.
