Overview
We’re looking for a highly organized, strategic, and proactive Go-to-Market Chief of Staff to support our Co-Founder & President. This is a high-leverage role at the intersection of strategy, execution, and cross-functional coordination, ensuring our sales and marketing engine runs with speed and precision.
You’ll serve as the operational and strategic right hand — driving alignment across marketing, sales, partnerships, and customer success, managing priorities, and ensuring the GTM organization executes flawlessly. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, anticipates needs, and operates as a force multiplier for leadership and the broader team.
Strategic Execution & Prioritization
Partner closely with the Co-Founder & Head of GTM to define priorities and translate high-level goals into actionable plans.
Drive alignment between Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, and Customer Success to ensure GTM initiatives move forward cohesively.
Track progress against OKRs, KPIs, and strategic initiatives, surfacing insights and blockers before they escalate.
Operational Excellence
Own and manage the GTM organization’s master calendar, ensuring key launches, campaigns, and milestones are coordinated.
Prepare agendas, materials, and action items for GTM leadership meetings; ensure follow-ups are executed.
Build dashboards and reporting mechanisms to provide visibility into GTM performance and pipeline health.
Cross-Functional Leadership
Facilitate communication between GTM, Product, and Operations teams to ensure information flows seamlessly.
Proactively identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities across GTM workflows and implement scalable solutions.
Lead special projects that span multiple functions — e.g., new market launches, partnerships, or pricing initiatives.
Exceptionally organized with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Strategic thinker who can connect dots across marketing, sales, partnerships, and product to drive outcomes.

Experience in go-to-market strategy, marketing operations, or startup leadership support
Experience with hardware, physical products, fashion, and / or vehicles
