Bring your visionary instincts to every stage of the product lifecycle—from conception and definition to development, release, and post-release activities. You'll play a pivotal role in strategic planning, feature selection, and day-to-day tactical operations. Together, our dynamic team propels the roadmap forward as we strive to make the digital world a safer place.
Review existing API documentation, identify gaps or areas for improvement, and ensure consistency across all API documentation resources.
Follow best practices for API documentation, ensuring that all technical details are well-explained and easy to follow for developers and non-technical stakeholders.
Gain hands-on experience with containerization tools (such as Docker) and orchestration platforms (such as Kubernetes) to support microservices.
Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to identify bottlenecks and propose solutions for scaling, reliability, and performance.
Work alongside engineers to document REST APIs, ensuring clear, accurate, and user-friendly documentation.
Learn and utilize tools such as Swagger and Postman to create and generate API documentation.
Research and evaluate industry-leading tools and platforms for API generation and documentation (such as Swagger, Postman, RAML, or OpenAPI).
REST APIs Knowledge: Basic understanding of REST API concepts, including HTTP methods, endpoints, and responses.
Experience with LLMs to build applications that enhance REST API documentation.
Build interactive REST API content to enable partners and customers use APIs.
Familiarity with Swagger & Postman: Exposure to Swagger, OpenAPI, or Postman for API design and documentation (experience is a plus but not required).
Technical Writing: Ability to write clear, concise, and comprehensive technical content.
Familiarity with Documentation Standards: Understanding of documentation standards and best practices in technical writing, especially API documentation.
Strong focus on detail to ensure accuracy in technical documentation.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A passion for learning and continuous improvement.
Proficiency in coding languages such as TypeScript, Python, GoLang, React, building full stack applications.
Proficiency in the use of Confluence and JIRA.
Some experience building videos using Camtasia or other video editing tools.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science
