Senior MSP Marketing Manager

Huntress is a fully remote cybersecurity company protecting millions of endpoints and identities worldwide by combining purpose-built products with a security operations center-driven service. We are looking for a Senior MSP Marketing Manager to design and execute partner-focused programs and enablement that empower MSPs to sell Huntress solutions to their customers, driving engagement, pipeline, and revenue growth across our partner ecosystem.

Skills

  • Channel and partner marketing experience
  • Strong understanding of MSP business models and GTM strategies
  • Content development for partner-facing use cases
  • Familiarity with PRM tools and marketing automation platforms
  • Data-driven performance tracking and analytics
  • Project management and campaign execution
  • Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder communication

Responsibilities

  • Define, develop, and deploy comprehensive marketing programs and partner kits targeted at MSPs.
  • Collaborate with product marketing and demand generation to create partner-ready content (webinars, email templates, social assets).
  • Manage and optimize content and program deployment through the partner portal to drive hub engagement.
  • Create partner communication strategies including newsletters to increase engagement and awareness of product opportunities.
  • Support and manage co-marketing (MDF) initiatives for MSP-focused campaigns, tracking ROI and effectiveness.
  • Monitor KPIs (hub engagement, program performance, revenue) and iterate on programs based on data.
  • Build and deliver enablement and education initiatives to help MSPs articulate Huntress value and sell effectively.
  • Work cross-functionally with sales, product marketing, and operations to align partner programs with revenue goals.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience
