The Principal of Partnership Strategy will serve as a key individual contributor supporting Humana MarketPoint’s external partnership initiatives within the Career channel. This role will focus on strategic analysis, partner evaluation, and operational execution to support Medicare Advantage growth through retail, lead generation, and other external partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market and partner analysis to identify high-impact opportunities.
• Support the development of business cases and strategic recommendations for new and existing partnerships.
• Collaborate with internal teams to operationalize partner programs and track performance metrics.
• Assist in the creation of executive-level presentations and reporting packages.
• Monitor industry trends and provide insights to inform strategic planning.
• Serve as a liaison between internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure alignment and execution.

Required Qualifications

• 2 - 5 years of project/people leadership
• 5+ years of experience in strategy, partnerships, or business development.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Medicare Advantage or health insurance preferred.
• Bachelor's degree a plus.

Additional Information

• Role could require up to 30% travel depending on business needs.

• At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is recommended; wireless, wired cable or DSL connection is suggested
• Satellite, cellular and microwave connection can be used only if approved by leadership
• Associates who live and work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will be provided a bi-weekly payment for their internet expense.
• Humana will provide Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates with telephone equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for their position/job.
• Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.

 

$152,800 - $210,100 per year

 

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
