Responsibilities
- Identify and address educators' financial protection needs with appropriate insurance products
- Present products confidently one-on-one and in group settings to prospective clients
- Participate in community and networking events to generate leads and expand connections
- Leverage established books of business while developing and growing your own practice
- Maintain up-to-date product and industry knowledge and apply it to client solutions
- Cultivate and manage client relationships to build long-term retention and referrals
- Track sales performance and participate in incentive and bonus programs
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Bachelor's degree preferred
