Territory Manager

Honor Technology (including Home Instead) is transforming home care for older adults through technology, compassionate service, and scalable operations. We are seeking a hands-on Territory Manager to own growth, day-to-day operations, and P&L performance for an O&O territory in the Greater San Antonio metro, building and coaching frontline teams while implementing metric-driven playbooks to improve care delivery and business outcomes.

Skills

  • Operational and field leadership with P&L ownership
  • Strong analytical ability and comfort with Excel and BI tools
  • Experience driving territory or multi-site performance and revenue growth
  • Proven track record coaching frontline teams and improving conversion/retention
  • Structured communication and stakeholder influence
  • Comfort working in fast-changing, growth-stage environments and running experiments in-market

Responsibilities

  • Own territory P&L and drive year-over-year revenue and hours growth
  • Implement and execute standardized operational playbooks for sales, recruiting, and care delivery
  • Analyze performance dashboards, diagnose issues, and translate insights into action plans
  • Recruit, coach, and develop frontline leaders and Care Pros to sustain high performance
  • Support standardization of reporting, data accuracy, and resource allocation frameworks
  • Pilot market-led initiatives, capture learnings, and share cross-functional insights
  • Manage field presence across the North, Northwest, and Northeast San Antonio metros and model hands-on leadership

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (preferred)
  • Relevant training in business, operations, or healthcare administration is a plus
