General Manager, Operations - West

Honor Technology is transforming aging care through technology, compassionate service, and a growing portfolio that includes Home Instead. The General Manager, Operations will lead multiple service territories in the West, driving market performance, operational excellence, team development, partner success, and data-driven improvement to deliver high-quality care and growth.

Responsibilities

  • Own market-level performance and quality outcomes across clients, Care Pros, and partners to meet growth and retention targets
  • Lead, coach, and develop Client Managers and Care Pro Relationship Managers to build high-performing remote teams
  • Partner with onboarding and partner teams to drive partner success and long-term market growth
  • Design and refine operational systems and processes to improve service delivery, safety, and scalability
  • Use data and KPIs to identify trends, diagnose gaps, and implement continuous improvement strategies
  • Manage escalated client service issues to drive retention and resolve high-risk accounts
  • Influence financial outcomes by driving topline growth, margin improvements, and operational efficiency
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with HQ teams to advocate for market needs and inform strategic decisions
  • Operate on Pacific Time business hours and provide occasional evening, weekend, or holiday availability as needed

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Graduate degree (MBA, MPP, MPH or equivalent) preferred
