We’re seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Contractor to support the hands-on execution of CRM initiatives. This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is fluent in email campaign execution from end to end.
This is a temporary, non-permanent position. The CRM Campaign Contractor will provide temporary backfill support to the Lifecycle Marketing team from approximately 9/29/2025 - 4/24/2026. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a high-growth company and a leader in the health and wellness industry.
Own the execution of CRM campaigns, ensuring accurate and timely deployment
Coordinate with copy and creative teams to align on campaign assets
Pull and segment audiences for lifecycle campaigns using defined logic, in partnership with Martech when needed
Set up and QA emails using the Dyspatch email template tool
Schedule, deploy, and monitor sends for performance and deliverability
Conduct post-send reporting and highlight learnings or issues
Maintain flawless QA and campaign accuracy across all touchpoints
Work closely with the Lifecycle Marketing Managers to ensure alignment on campaign priorities and timelines
7+ years of experience in direct-to-consumer lifecycle management, including email, in-app, push, and SMS, subscription experience a plus
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
Familiarity with CRM platforms and segmentation tools (recent Braze experience a plus)
Experience with dynamic email tools like Dyspatch is a plus
Strong attention to detail, ownership, and accountability
Proficiency in campaign QA and troubleshooting
The ability to work independently and manage timelines across multiple stakeholders
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and adapt to changing needs
