Retail Sales Program Manager – Home Services Partnership Program

📍 Aurora, CO (Denver Metro Area) | 💼 Full-time | 💰 $80,000–$90,000/year + bonus + vehicle


A fast-growing home services provider in Colorado is seeking a Retail Sales Program Manager to lead and grow its big-box retail partnership program across 9+ locations in the greater Denver area.


This position is ideal for a dynamic, self-motivated leader with a strong background in sales, coaching, and team development—especially within retail, home services, or high-traffic event-style marketing. You’ll manage a team of 9+ Sales Lead Generators who represent the brand in-store, generate leads, and drive top-of-funnel growth.

  • Base salary: $80,000–$90,000/year (depending on experience)

🛠️ What You’ll Do


  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Lead Generators across multiple retail locations
  • Recruit, train, and onboard new team members
  • Set goals, manage performance, and deliver progress updates
  • Conduct weekly team meetings and ongoing role-plays for skills enhancement
  • Spend 60–65% of your time in the field with team members and store managers
  • Oversee in-store signage, product displays, and promotional execution
  • Build strong relationships with retail store leadership
  • Coordinate and host in-store marketing events and activations
  • Conduct product knowledge trainings with store associates and department heads
  • Maintain compliance with branding, scheduling, and campaign standards

  • High school diploma or GED (college or advanced training a plus)
  • 3+ years of sales leadership or retail management experience
  • Service industry or HVAC experience a strong bonus
  • Proven success in meeting performance goals and managing a high-visibility team
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • A goal-oriented, self-motivated mindset with strong leadership instincts
  • Willingness to work a flexible 5-day schedule including weekends
  • Ability to pass background check, MVR check, and drug screening
