Registered Nurse – Neuro Stepdown Unit (Nights)

📍 Tulsa, OK | 🏥 Full-Time | 🌙 Night Shift (7 PM – 7 AM, 3x12-hour shifts per week)

A leading regional healthcare provider is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join its Neuro Stepdown Unit. This is a full-time night shift role designed for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, high-acuity care environment supporting patients recovering from neurological events and conditions.

💼 Key Responsibilities

• Deliver direct, high-quality nursing care following established protocols and care plans
• Monitor, document, and report patient conditions, especially in post-neuro intervention cases
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless and effective care
• Carry out physician and nursing orders accurately and promptly
• Facilitate discharge planning and patient education in collaboration with care teams

✅ Qualifications

Licensure/Certifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN) – Active Oklahoma license or eligibility through the Nurse Licensure Compact
• BLS certification (from AHA or Red Cross) – Required within 30 days of hire

Education:

• Diploma or degree from an accredited school of nursing
• OR active professional RN license at time of hire

Experience:

• Neurology or stepdown experience preferred but not required – New grads welcome to apply
