Retail Program Manager – Home Services Partner Program

📍 Provo/Salt Lake City, UT | 💼 Full-time | 💲 $65,000–$70,000/year + bonus + company vehicle


A nationally recognized home services provider is seeking a Retail Program Manager to oversee and grow its retail partnership program across multiple big-box store locations in the Salt Lake City/Provo area.


This role is ideal for a results-driven sales and marketing leader who enjoys coaching teams, building retail relationships, and managing high-visibility programs that directly impact company growth. You’ll lead a team of Sales Lead Generators working in retail partner locations, responsible for setting appointments and driving brand awareness.

🚀 Key Responsibilities


  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of 5+ Sales Lead Generators across multiple retail locations
  • Recruit and onboard new team members
  • Create schedules, set goals, and monitor KPIs to ensure team performance
  • Conduct weekly meetings and field coaching sessions to improve objection handling and appointment setting skills
  • Collaborate with retail store management and maintain strong in-store relationships
  • Ensure compliance with signage, promotions, and event calendars
  • Conduct product knowledge and training sessions with store teams
  • Visit retail locations regularly (60–65% field-based)


✅ What You Bring


  • High school diploma or equivalent (college or advanced training preferred)
  • 3+ years of sales experience, with at least 1 year of people management
  • Weekend availability and flexibility for a 5-day work week
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven ability to hit lead generation and staffing goals
  • Prior experience in HVAC, plumbing, home services, or retail sales is a plus
  • Must pass background check, MVR, and drug screening
