About the Role

A leading cloud services company is hiring a Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) to join its Managed Operations division—a growing organization focused on reducing operational load and enhancing long-term efficiency through engineering, automation, and data science solutions.

In this role, you will oversee the end-to-end delivery of new cloud services and features across multiple global regions. You’ll act as a strategic partner to service teams, driving technical programs that improve the reliability, scalability, and performance of cloud infrastructure.

This is a high-impact position where you’ll coordinate complex, multi-team projects and advocate for customer experience at scale. The ideal candidate is deeply experienced in technical program management and software development, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale infrastructure or platform projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a core member of the leadership team, owning the roadmap and execution of high-profile engineering and data science initiatives
• Lead cross-functional efforts across engineering, product, and operations teams to deliver new tools, features, and services
• Define technical requirements and oversee design and implementation phases across distributed teams
• Drive transparency and alignment by communicating project status and risk to senior stakeholders
• Apply deep program management knowledge to identify blockers, resolve issues, and guide decision-making
• Uphold and champion engineering excellence and operational rigor throughout program lifecycles

About the Team

This role is part of the Managed Operations Engineering and Data Science (MOEDS) group, a newly established team focused on centralized cloud operations. The team supports platform-wide security, automation, and infrastructure delivery, with an emphasis on reducing manual toil and improving system reliability.

You’ll work alongside experts in software engineering, cloud operations, and data science to create scalable solutions that impact millions of users globally.

Minimum Qualifications

• 7+ years working directly with engineering teams
• 5+ years as a Technical Program Manager working with software development teams
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in software development
• Proven experience managing complex programs across multiple teams and business functions

Preferred Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management expertise across scope, budget, timeline, risk, and quality
• 6+ years working directly with software engineering teams in a TPM capacity
• Experience leading platform or infrastructure programs at scale
• Demonstrated ability to define KPIs, measure impact, and report outcomes to senior leadership
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to executive stakeholders

Compensation

Compensation varies based on location, experience, and level, with a base salary range of $133,900 to $231,400 USD. Additional components may include equity grants, sign-on bonuses, and comprehensive benefits covering healthcare, retirement, and wellness support.
